Guidelines & Policies
Before reaching out to Dr. Williams for a consultation, please keep in mind that the doctor only engages in genuine scientific study and he does not participate in or with any groups who engage in paranormal investigation, speculation or "ghost hunting" at any time. Dr. Williams is a scientific professional and strictly adheres to a 100% science & evidence based approach. Current research suggests that statistically 95% of all suspected paranormal activity is logically explained, leaving a margin of only 5% to which modern science agrees to be unexplained or possibly paranormal in nature. Dr. Williams accepts clients on a case by case basis and for health reasons, does not offer "in person" consultations and never participates with "in-home" or "on-site" investigations . Please understand that Dr. Williams is not a religious entity or source of religious defense of any kind and NO religious or faith based counseling/consulting shall at anytime be offered or explored. Dr. Williams engages strictly in scientifically based consulting practices. Be advised that Dr. Williams does not accept, maintain or dispose of any suspected "cursed" or "haunted" artifacts at anytime and will not inspect these items, accept responsibility for said items nor does he provide safe keeping for any such items. Please do not ask to send these types of items to the doctor. Also, Dr. Williams reserves the right to refuse service to any individual and please be advised that obtaining a free consultation is not a binding agreement for any service.
Parapsychology vs. Paranormal Investigation
In the modern era "ghost hunters" or amature paranormal enthusiasts who self identity as investigators have become popular due to the rise of social media platforms like YouTube or Tik Tok & due to popular TV shows like Ghost Hunters. Though often confused as the same, please be advised that the terms "Parapsychologist" & "Paranormal Investigator" mean very different things & involve very different aspects of qualifications & expertise. A Parapsychologist is a highly trained scientist or doctor who uses scientific verified methods to research cases of proposed paranormal activity, demonic infestation & unwanted haunting or poltergeist activity. A Parapsychologist is NOT a ghost hunter, thrill seeker or paranormal investigator, though the two often do work together to obtain complete data from each end of the research process. Paranormal investigators are teams of regular people ranging from amature to semi-professional who engage in the collection of paranormal evidence. Though experience certainly helps, please take into consideration that no formal training or education is required to become a paranormal investigator & often times these individuals are amateurs with a passion for the paranormal who usually have a YouTube channel or a Facebook group & offer investigative services but are in NO WAY qualified to counsel or give professional advice & are NOT certified to offer paranormal crisis intervention, this is where a licensed parapsychologist would be required.
Demonology Consultations
Though the doctor does offer demonology consultation and counseling services on a case by case basis, please be advised that these sessions are intended for REMOTE consultation purposes only and are not meant to be taken as a commitment to "cure", "battle" or "banish" any demonic entities from any person or location. The simple truth is that demons are as much a part of the living world as are any other types of spirits, ghosts or negative energy and much like common spirits, demons cannot ever be forced out, battled with, vanquished or "defeated". Demons, the same as any human spirit must voluntarily agree to leave a home, person or location. Dr. Williams is a scolar with regards to demonology, however he is not an exorcist or source of religious defense and can only offer guidence, couneling and consultation based advice. Dr. Williams will not work collaboratively with any church agencies and does not guarentee a demon will voluntarily exit a person or home.
Psychics, Sensitives & Empaths
Dr. Williams DOES recognize the "possible" existence of certain documented psychic abilities or non science based sensitivity & in certain cases may consider such sensitivity to be a "possible" beacon to attract paranormal activity. It is however important to understand before requesting a consultation with the doctor that these abilities may or may not be present & though widely reported the world over throughout time, these types of abilities have never scientifically been proven to exist. Please be advised that the doctor DOES NOT investigate, diagnose/map or conduct any testing of individuals who claim to have sensitivity or suspected "psychic" abilities or that said abilities are the cause of specific paranormal activity. Many times certain people who claim to be experiencing psychic or sensitivity abilities may truly believe they exhibit such things as visions, the ability to communicate with the dead & may have premonitions or dreams which accurately predict deaths or future events which often are considered to be either "gifts" or "curses" depending on how one views the ability's effects on one's life. However the processes & methods used to determine if these abilities are actually genuine phenomenon are non-founded & reach outside of the boundaries of verifiable data within the basis of genuine science & therefore cannot be scientifically proven to be either the root cause or a bi-product of paranormal activity.
Witchcraft & the Occult
Dr. Williams DOES NOT collaborate with or consult with ANY PERSONS who affiliate with witchcraft, Pagan rituals, Satanic worship, black magic or the occult. Dr. Williams UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL EVER ACCEPT any clients who engage in such practices. Dr. Williams DOES NOT use or recommend others to use any type of divination tools such as Quija boards, Tarot cards, crystal balls or pendulums as these items can attract, hold or spread dark energy, demonic activity & negativity in general.
Evidence Analysis Policies
There is an option (for clients only) to have the doctor analyize photographic, video or audio based evidence submitted by the client. The price for this service is decided on a sliding scale based on the type of evidence submitted, the amount/length/duration of the evidence to inspect & the nature of the evidence. It is perfectly acceptible to submit anomalous material that has previously been analyzed for a second opinion.

c. Any material which has been enhanced, brightened or otherwise edited for clearity will compromise the sceintific analysis process & therefore cannot be accepted for review.
d. Client understands that MOST suspected anomalous material is typically found to be naturally occuring phenomenan after a careful scientific review, even if the subject of review appears unusual. Clients must accept that in the event of evidence being deemed unexplained, this DOES NOT mean it's 100% guarenteed to be paranormal in nature, the best result West Coast Parapsychology Clinic will provide would be a verdict of "scientifically unexplained" if no logical explaination is found.

This is where you can schedule a 30 minute consultation with Dr. Williams via telephone or Zoom to discuss your reasons for seeking help. During this session the doctor will discuss your needs, look into your case and discuss options as well as assist in booking further paid sessions. These consultations are never to be considered a binding agreement and the doctor accepts clients on a case by case basis. If the doctor takes your case, you will be billed separately from this consultation prior to each session. These consultations are always free of charge.
